Symptoms

On Elastic Charging Server (ECE) 12.0.0.3.3 with persistence enabled, while processing a batch cdr file, VersionNotFoundException error is logged by ecs (event charging server).

Customer has tried to republish the complete data pricing from Pricing Design Center(PDC), but they get the same version mismatch.
