Symptoms
Getting Error while trying to assign same DI to Connectivity end point in version 2, after deleting the previous path.
ERROR

2022-04-06 18:34:28.528 ERROR 30062 --- [ (self-tuning)'] o.c.i.a.c.AssignmentManager : The resource is already assigned to the same consumer.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
We have connectivity with 2 paths and some segments added to both these paths. Version 1 is in completed state. Now create version 2 and clear path 1 and delete Path 2 . Now add same segments and same DI again to version 2. Getting error.
