Symptoms

ISSUE:

During the installation of Oracle Clinical Front End, the installer stops at 46% complete mark. In the installation log file the following error is reported:

'File not found: filename=
E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_home\user_project\domian\FRDomian\config\\fmwconfig\servers\WLS_FORMS\applications\formsapp_12.2.1\config\default.env."
