Displayed Case Revision on Screen Does Not Match with Selected (Doc ID 2862854.1)

Symptoms

When user opens a Case Revision at Case Actions >> Case Revisions, the opened Case Revision shows different revision number from the selected.

This happens for cases which are created by copy case, or for cases which are used for copy case source.

For the cases which are used for copy case source, the issue is observed at higher case revisions than the case revision which copy case was executed at.

Steps to Repeat:

  1. Select Case Actions >> Case Revisions menu.
  2. Collapse case revision tree.
  3. Select the maximum case revision of the revision tree.
    ---> Case Form opens and it shows higher Case Revision number than selected.
