Symptoms
Lease Calculator API: Calculate Rate not working
Customer facing an issue while calculating rate using Lease calculator API. System is throwing an error “Adjusted capitalized cost should be greater than zero (SYS-SYS-SYS-CLL-000108)” for action “CALCULATE_RATE”.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a webservice request for lease calculator with action code as calculate rate.
2.Hit the request.
3.Verify the calculated rate.
