ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Actuals should import with the correct Timestamp

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Excel Export is created from an empty P6 project template in which to be imported.
  2. An excel export of MS Project data is created of a project to be moved to P6.
  3. The codes and fields we want to import from the project file are normalized.
  4. The wanted data is added to the excel file to be imported, removing any unneeded columns (This is where the date formatting would occur)
  5. Save the file and import
  6. After Import the Timestamp on the Actuals in P6 showed as 7:59am and 4:59pm even though the Timestamp in the imported spreadsheet says 8:00am and 5:00pm
