Event generation batch is not generation alerts due to failure in EDQ (Doc ID 2863516.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as CSADMIN user

Step 2 : Execute CS Batch with data populated.

Step 3 : Check for results.

Expected result :

Batch must be executed successfully without any issues.

Actual result :

User encountered below error while executing CS batch

"runtime process terminated uncleanly: A database error has occurred : ORA-12899: value too large for column "EDQ10_EDQRESULTS"."DN_T64429"."CODED_VALUE" (actual: 5213, maximum: 4000). (Code: 200,302) (Code: 209,861)"
