DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

WBS Item does not get auto populated when WBS Code is selected
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------------------
1. Log in to Self Hosted Stage (Development) environment as Company Administrator
2. Go to affected Project
3. Navigate to affected Cost Sheet and notice the WBS Item does
not get auto-populated when WBS Code is selected.
EXPECTED OUTCOME:
-------------------------------
Expect WBS Item to automatically populate when WBS Code is selected.
