Agile URL Redirection Issue After Implementing OKTA. Link In Email Notification Is Not Redirected (Doc ID 2863657.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When clicking on a link from in an email notification or in the Agile Inbox notification, the browser page is not redirected to the Agile object

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The that the Agile object opens in the browser.


STEPS

  1. Log into Agile Web Client
  2. Open the Agile Inbox > Notification and click on the link to the object
  3. The browser opens the Agile home page and not the linked object

 

Changes

 Implemented OKTA.
