Oracle OPA Fire POST Request While Toggling Between Fields (Doc ID 2863862.1)

Symptoms

While running OPA interview in Chrome browser with debugger enabled, as user toggles between radio buttons or use tab key to navigate to subsequent fields, POST request is fired to OWD server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import OPA project in OPM
2. Debug interview in Browser
3. Enable Network tracing for the browser
4. Toggle between some options in the interview
5. POST request is triggered.
