Getting Error "The Session Has Been Terminated. Please Login Again." When Trying to Login to Agile (Doc ID 2863974.1)

Symptoms

1. When trying to login to Agile, got the following error in Agile server logs:

a. com.agile.util.exception.LoginException: The session has been terminated. Please login again.

b. Weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool ContentDataSource to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.

c. The following errors were seen in DB tracelog:
ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (150) exceeded

2. Weblogic showed very high count (1145) of leaked connections, as seen in Leaked Connection Count in JDBC information in Acollect Weblogic Collection.
