Symptoms


In Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 12 and higher, installation isn't tied to any specific user account, any user can be chosen at install time.

There is a known issue with some of the tool scripts (utilities and start stop scripts) when the user name is longer than 8 Characters.
