Billing Care Does Not Display Reason for Event/item Adjustments Done from Customer Center (Doc ID 2864011.1)

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version,

Billing Care does not display reason for event/item adjustments when it was done from Customer Center. This is observed during Billing Care Data Migration.

Here in Billing Care notes section, user should be able to see below details if the adjustment is done from Customer Center.

- Description
- Reason Code
- User who performed adjustment

It is observed that Billing Care saves the notes and user details in /note object, while Customer Center does not make entry to this object. 

How to handle the data migration for such accounts once Customer Center is retired?
