Symptoms

Duplicate transactions in ReSA

There are two issues ultimately leading to same problem.

1. batch_saimptlogi is failing to process the file in single run(Happens sometimes in a day), which is causing to pick the same file again and tries to load. This is creating duplicates.
2. duplicate is not getting caught if the same file is trying to process again.

The issue started after they increased the thread value for the batch_saimptlogi job.
