MedDRA Recode With ORA-01031 "insufficient privileges" Error (Doc ID 2864291.1)

Symptoms

The following error appears on the screens when executing MedDRA Re-code with Update mode

Errors:

MedDRA Re-Code execution started
Processing enterprise - xxxx
Checking MedDRA Version...
Starting data update
...
ORA-20001: Status: PROCESSED_WITH_ERROR
Error: -1031-ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.PKG_MEDDRA_RECODE", line 3617

 

Steps:

1. Access to Dictionary Management Tool
2. Login as SYSTEM
3. Press [MedDRA loading]
4. Press [Recode]
5. Select the enterprise (xxx)
6. Select ALL for "Existing MedDRA Versions to Re-code"
7. Check on [X] Update data
8. Press [Execute]
