MDM Context Menu Linking To Incorrect CCB Account

Goal
On: 2.7.0.3.0 Version, Framework
We have accounts which do not have an active service agreement at present and loading these accounts showing incorrect MDM in current context and we are using X1-GLBL-CTX algorithm in installation framework algorithm at global context system event
When we open historic SA linked to these accounts it is populating the correct MDM context
Business requirement is it should either use the historic SA information to link to the correct MDM or the MDM should not be present when it cannot be linked correctly.
