NMS Client Apps Will Not Start On Windows PC (Doc ID 2865123.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Java Application Server

NMS client apps will not start on Windows PC

Client was adding several new Windows 10 PC's to their operations center.
They had Java 8 U221 installed.

On two of the machines, nothing happens when a user attempts to launch Web Workspace or Web Call Entry.   No errors were displayed and no log files were created.

Upgrading to Java 8 U331 did not fix the behavior.


After clearing the java cache and deleting all installed java apps, eventually a log file was created, which showed this stack trace:
