Symptoms
After upgrading another application successfully, when you upload the data model for a 2nd application, you get the following error:
fsi_ircs.sql---------ORA-02273: this unique/primary key is referenced by some foreign keys
After fixing the issue above, an additional error occurs for FSI_COMPOUND_BASIS_MLS:
fsi_compound_basis_mls.sql---------ORA-01440: column to be modified must be empty to decrease precision or scale
