Goal

The requirement is to filter out all prepaid traffic in Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC).

There is a function (Java.lookup), which needs the following import:

com.nt.udc.processor.FileEnhancer.FileEnhMethodHandlerIfc

Is there any option in order to instruct OCOMC to load the lookup file every x minutes? If this option does not exist, then this means that this is a static lookup, rather than dynamic.

How to perform a lookup to a file which will have all prepaid international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) numbers and based on this one can filter out prepaid traffic?
