Country/Site Filter not Working Correctly in DMW 3.1.1

Symptoms
This is an intermittent issue with the Country and Site filter that's present in the top part of the new Discrepancy Dashboard. It's affecting only the Site and Age graphs.
For example:
i). The dashboard with no filter on, there are three plots on the Site graph and three bars on the Age graph.
ii). One country filter selected for e.g. "<Country_Name>" then there's only one plot and one bar (if there is only one site in <Country_Name>).
iii). After the same filter is applied for e.g. "<Country_Name>" the dashboard sometimes has two plots on the Site graph and four bars on the Age graph.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a study and apply country filter
2. Switch study
3. New study is loaded with last selected country
Expected result: On study selection previous country filter should be cleared
