Symptoms

Running Meter History Extract for Data Connect (C1-SMSYX) batch job daily to extract SP/meter history sync records. We are giving output file of this job to external MDM system to upload the records into their system. Batch is extracting in random order some time install records first and then removal records causing failure on MDM system.
Here is one example, where file has install record first then remove record.
