Symptoms

Steps to reproduce : 

Step 1 : Login as CS Analyst
Step 2 : Open Batch alert SAN record
Step 3 : Check data is populated for customer details under customer details section

Expected behavior : 

Customer details section should not be empty for alerts in CS

Actual behavior : 

Customer details section is empty for alerts in CS
