Documaker Enterprise Exhibited Behavior: Documaker APP Sever Ran Out (Doc ID 2865684.1)

On : 12.6.4 version, Enterprise Edition

Periodically, we have seen the situation where the APP server ran out of memory.
The situation appears to be that a process (docfactory_presenter.exe)
got hung up at some point and then the system began to restart processes over
and over again. This builds up hundreds of processes that use up most all of
the server memory and therefore the ODDF service must be stopped and the
'accumulated¿ processes must be manually killed/cleaned up. Log files do not
appear to show any original issue, the situation presents itself when the
server begins to run out of memory.
