Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute TF main job

Step 2 : Check time taken to start the TF job completely

Expected results :

Job must be completed in 30 min

Actual results :

User encountered performance issue when running TF job

The job is running for more than 14 hours and finally it gets stuck.
