Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) version 12.0.4.0, support for 64-bit bucket IDs was added.

When processing a Periodic Charge (PC) bucket with an ID that exceeds 2147483647 (max 32-bit signed integer), beVWARS crashes.
