Upgrade Failed with Custom Tablespace

Symptoms
On : 12.0.0.5.0 version, Upgrade
One user is upgrading from 12.0 PatchSet (PS) 1 to PS 5, the upgrade step failed with below error. It is expected to use the custom/configured tablespace name defined in the pin_setup.values, but it is using the default tablespace PIN00.
Here the custom/configured tablespace in the pin_setup.values looks like:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the steps "Java_home/bin/java -jar brmserver_12.0.0.5.0_platform_generic.jar" for upgrade the Patch set as per the document.
2. Source the source.me.sh and run the pin_upgrade_12p5.pl.
