P6 Professional - Project Codes are not available in filter parameters
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to filter with project code
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Client
2. Go to Project window, create new filter, try to set Project Code (Project Manager) as filter parameter, not able to find it from the list.
3. Check Enterprise Project Code list, able to find this project code.
