Subscriber Preferences Not Passed in THRESHOLD_BREACH Notification for Child Account DSG Group (Doc ID 2865915.1)

Symptoms

One user has setup a Discount Sharing Group (DSG) and has enabled the Notification Agreement for the group's parent and its members. Both parent and members have subscriber profiles set up.

A fixed threshold notification is generated for both parent and member accounts. Subscriber preferences has come in THRESHOLD_BREACH notifications for parent accounts, but not for members. Why?


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When parent of the group breaches threshold, notification generated with Subscriber preferences.
When member of the group breaches threshold, notification generates WITHOUT Subscriber preferences.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When member of the group breaches threshold, Notification should generate Subscriber preferences.
