Last updated on MAY 03, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 12.0.0.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In Multischema environment, with primary schema 01 and secondary schema 02, even though the addition of Child Account is not throwing any error, the Billing Care is not able to show the hierarchy particularly for the schema 02 accounts.

Since it is not visible in the Billing Care, the user would assume the account is not added into the hierarchy.

Steps:
---------------------
Created an Account A (Parent)
Created an Account B (Child)
Select Account A
Navigate to Action -----> Hierarchy
Enter Account Number B (Child Account)
Navigate to “Add to Hierarchy”

Result:
----------------------
After clicking on “Add to Hierarchy”, it is redirecting to listing page.

Observation:
----------------------
The entry does exist in the back end but not displayed in the Billing Care.
