Key not found issues when posting Real-time CS API Requests in CS (Doc ID 2865934.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post a request through post man with given name and family name -

Step 2 : In CS alert details it displays full name field value in primary name section in alert list in UI

Expected result :

Key not found error should not appear

Actual result :

CS alert details shows "key not found" strings for every case field in the UI for any posted request through an external API interface.
