Steps to reproduce:
- Login to BllingCare User Interface
- Click on 'New Account'
- Enter the required details and continue
- Select Package and continue
- Enter service identifier and continue
- Subscription terms will populate, continue
- On pay screen, enter the details and click finish
- Generic error message, “This feature is disabled” will pop-up
