TFLT 8082 : Adding Of XPath Failing in TF (Doc ID 2866705.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as TF user 

Step 2 : Add an Xpath entry via TF XML Screening Configuration UI

Step 3 : Click on save and check the changes are saved or not.

Expected result :

Action to add an XPath entry using the via the TF XML Screening Configuration UI should be allowed, the record should be saved

Actual result :

When trying to add an XPath entry using the via the TF XML Screening Configuration UI, the record is not getting saved and the UI is throwing the "Error While Adding Data" error message.
