Purpose

The Oracle Utilities Notifications Hub integration enables outbound, Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service-related and Oracle Utilities Network Management System (Outage)-related messages to be sent to customers via Oracle Responsys. The primary systems involved are Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS), Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Responsys. In addition, Oracle Utilities Notifications Hub can be leveraged by other on-premises and cloud applications to send domain-specific messaging.

Precise version requirements:

Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter - V2.9.0.1.0 or higher (partially supported - excludes support for Notification Metadata Sync for the on-premise version)
Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service – 24A or higher
Oracle Integration Cloud - V24.04 or higher
Oracle Utilities Network Management System - V2.6.0.1.3 or higher
Oracle Responsys – 24A or higher
OCI Streaming - N/A

Updated January 3, 2024: 23A release is compatible with Oracle Integration 3 + the following campaign templates were added or updated:  Bill Due Email, Bill Due SMS, Late Payment Email, Late Payment SMS, Guest Invited Email, Guest Accepted Email, Collections SMS
