Issue in accessing the obtained Closed alerts when filtering by closed status inside queue management

The search criteria within queue management does not work properly, Alerts are obtained when filtering by closed statuses could'nt be opened
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login with Senior Supervisor
Step2: Enter into Queue Management
Step3: Click on a Queue – View all Alerts
Step4: Click On Closed Alerts => When we open any Closed Alerts getting "53002 Can not access Alerts are not in same queue" error
Expected result: Return same set of alerts as returned when hitting the Closed Alerts button and should not face any issue while opening the same
Actual result: When we open any Closed Alerts getting "53002 Can not access Alerts are not in same queue" error
