Symptoms

In an environment where SSL is setup in Agile, File Manager and AutoVue, using AutoVue for Agile PLM, when trying to view a file attachment the following error is seen:

Unable to launch the application

In the Java Console log the following errors are seen:

Java Web Start Error:
Unable to load resource: https://<server_name>:8443/Filemgr/jVue/jvue.jar

com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: https://<server_name>/Filemgr/jVue/jvue.jar
at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.actionDownload(Unknown Source)
at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.downloadResource(Unknown Source)
