Lease - Auto Ever-green Is Not Getting Posted When No Dues Are There (Doc ID 2868032.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For a Lease, where there is no outstanding dues, the system is not posting the ever-green transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Auto ever-green transaction should get posted when the outstanding due is zero

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Lease with 1 year term and monthly as billing cycle.

2. Run the batch jobs till maturity date.

3. Payoff all the dues.

4. Change the date to maturity date + "gracedays".

5. Run the ever-green batch job.

6. Verify system posted the ever-green transaction on the account
