Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Login as CS user and map multiple jurisdiction for it.

Step 2 : Open alert management screen in CS 

Step 3 : Update the status of alert and save.

Expected result :

Alerts must be updates without issue 

Actual result :

Alerts are not updated and status change section appears deactivated.

Issue Encountered :

User cannot update alerts in Alert management screen in CS and status change section appears deactivated.

Changes

User created with multiple jurisdiction and function codes are mapped.
