Maintain Role Screen Receives 'Failed To Generate OnSubmit Event Processor' Message After Save (Doc ID 2868268.1)

When top Save button is used to save the changes on the Maintain Role Screen,
the following message is reported:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search an active Contract.
2. Go to Maintain Role Screen.
3. Click on Beneficiary.
4. Change the Per stripes Field Value.
5. Hit the save button on the top of the Screen.
