ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an Activity does a Valuation with a very small unit amount which cause the Cash Value Rounded to $0.00, V10 will continues to track the units,
While V11 will change the units to 0.00. Because of this, the Cash Value calculated overall (without consider the small units that dropped) is changing and causing Penny difference in Cash Value.
