ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The External Client is changing the existing ASRole Record (a different Policy) for the keyed in Agent and
changes the PolicyGUID to the current Policy that the new External Client Role is being added.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The External Client should add a New Role and should not update the current PolicyNumber/PolicyGUID.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OIPA.
2. Search a Policy.
3. Navigate to Role Screen.
4. Add a new Producer of Record.
