Last updated on NOVEMBER 17, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Insurance Policy Administration J2EE - Version 11.1.0.13 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.18 version, Cycle Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cycle Production Mode creates Requirements with incorrect Fields.
When Cycle runs and processes an Activity that creates a Requirement and then processes another Activity on another Policy that creates a different Requirement,
The application appears to be caching the first Requirement's Fields and incorrectly inserting them into the second Requirement.
As a result, the second Requirement's correct Fields are not created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Cycle in Production runs and processes an Activity that creates a Requirement and then processes another activity on another Policy that creates a different Requirement,
both Requirements have their respective Fields created correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Two different Activities that create Requirements need to be pending on two separate Policies.
2. Have Cycle run to process those Activities and create the Requirements.
