Symptoms

The H.4 (SENDERCOMMENT) output is different between the Draft and Final report when the company comment value is entered for both English and Chinese Language

The value of the field is changed when the Final report is generated for a 2nd time.


Example:
Draft Report Generated will reflect:
H.4
Sender's comments
Chinese Company Comment  

Final Report Generated will reflect the following the first time it is generated:
H.4
Sender's comments
Chinese Company Comment  

However if generated a 2nd time, will reflect value:
H.4
Sender's comments
English Company Comment
