Goal

We want to run the BIP Reports using the SOAP UI but we are unable to access the WSDL file "https://sfp.ocs.oc-test.com/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?wsdl". We tried to access it using both SOAP UI and the browser but we are getting errors in both the cases.
