FSDF 8.1.2 Upgrade: Schema Creator Does Not Generate Expected Commands In Sysdba_output_scripts.sql (Doc ID 2868411.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading the FSDF 8.1.1.x installations to FSDF 8.1.2.x

Schema creation has been ran in 2 different environments(main DEV and automation env) and observed that the sysdba_output_scripts.sql file having different contents across these 2 environments

The automation environment file contails only the Grants whereas the main DEV env includes the other DDL scripts along with grants

Changes

 Upgrading the FSDF 8.1.1.x environment to FSDF 8.1.2.x
