On : 3.6 version, Creo Connector

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creo Workspace manager shows file is modified in PLM even if the latest file is downloaded .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------------
File should not be marked as modified

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the assembly and click on workspace manager .
