Symptoms

Online Help does not open in MetaSolv Solution version 6.3.1.417 when Internet Explorer is configured as the Default Browser. According to the 6.3.1 What's New document, "Support for Using Your Default Web Browser" was introduced in Patch 33545361. The document also lists MSS Online Help as being supported by this feature.

Installed or upgraded to MetaSolv Solution version 6.3.1.417.
