WipEdit Is Giving Intermittent Issues For Users Related To Fonts. (Doc ID 2868923.1)

We cut over to start using 12.6.4 DocFactory/Docupresentment, but are still using 12.4 WipEdit. We're using Microsoft Edge, using IE Compatibility mode. During WipEdit session, users start having issues where content doesn't display, and when they click on a paragraph selection list, they get an error saying it can't find the font associated with a given font ID (that the paragraph is using) , and is switching to using a system font. There are no errors that we can find in any logs related to the issue. We've had a little success in restarting PC's, browsers, services (both ODDF/ODDP & Weblogic related services), but usually the users start experiencing this font issue a few transactions later.
