ActiveTroubleQueue Does Not Include the Work Queues For Incomplete or Restored Events

Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.1.0 version,
The ActiveTroubleQueue column should display the work queues for all events in non-terminal states (i.e. not completed or canceled)
If you have the ACTIVE_TROUBLE_QUEUES column configured, the issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Assign different work queues to a few events, including an RO
- Relate them
- Close the RO device to transition to RST or INC
- Complete one of the other events
The condensed row only displays the the active event's work queues, but the completed event's work queue nor the RST's work queue.
