Symptoms

Receive the following while running DBHealth (tbs_utl.exe) when attempting to upgrade from 6.3.0.982 to 6.3.1.367_b8 after running procs (master.sql) and prodfixsql (pfixSQL_Master.sql) SQL:

    PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SP_DELETE_CIRCUIT'
