Unifier is allowing users to manually enter 3 digits for the year in a 'Date Only' Picker field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is for the field to not allow users to manually enter an incorrect date format in the Date Only Picker field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Data Element using a Date Only Picker definition.
2. Add the Data Element to an Upper or Detail Form.
3. Once deployed, navigate to the field on the form and manually enter a date in format: MM/DD/YYY
   • NOTE: the above date format is missing the 4th digit in the year.
